If you have not all ready filled out the appropriate junior participation forms you must fill out and leave at the front desk prior to your child competing in any Friday SuperSeries events.

Junior Participation Forms

Superseries Friday evening tournament socials are a perfect way for our juniors to enjoy an evening of competitive squash while preparing and training for their junior tournament season.  Our pros will organize various formats of mini-tournaments and competitive matches each Friday evening from 6:00-7:30 (Teams IIB, Premier & Elite).  Points will be awarded to each division winners and prizes will be given out at our Junior Awards Banquet at the end of the season.  Please respect our policy of no parents present behind the match courts during the event-we ask parents to either leave the building or sit in the lobby in front of the reception desk.

Please fill out form completely and submit no later than Thursday evening prior to each Superseries Event.  Any entries received Friday of the event must be confirmed directly with Sunny@MitchellSquash.com.  All participant accounts will be billed $25.- (members) $35 (non-members).
